Custom Orders Personalization Details: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete customization details for your order. Approval Process: We may contact you for additional information or clarification to ensure your custom doll meets your expectations. Changes to Orders: Any changes to your order must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Changes requested after this period may not be accommodated. 2. Payment Terms Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment Processing: Your payment will be processed upon placing the order to begin the customization process promptly. 3. Production Time Handcrafting Period: Each custom doll is meticulously handcrafted and requires 2-3 weeks to complete. Delays: While we strive to meet our production timeline, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur. 4. Shipping and Delivery Shipping Method: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after the completion of your doll. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. International Shipping: Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply for international orders. Please contact us for details. 5. Returns and Exchanges Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom dolls, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
